Parking
Street parking is available without restrictions. In addition, The Hamlet’s underground parking garage can be accessed by driving past the Hamlet complex on El Camino Way and turning right onto James Road. The underground garage entrance is located immediately on the right hand side.

New Patient Forms
You may download, print and fill out new patient forms here. For patients aged 17 and younger, please choose the Child Health Form. For patients aged 18 and older, please choose the Adult Health Form.
You may fill out the form in advance and bring it with you to your first appointment or fill out the form at the office.
How to Pay for Invisalign or Braces
At Merna Tajaddod Orthodontics, we believe that a healthy and beautiful smile should be attainable for everyone. Here are some ways that we can assist you in paying for your braces or Invisalign to get your perfect smile:
Discount for Payment in Full
We offer a discount on your orthodontic treatment cost if you choose to pay for the treatment IN FULL with either cash, credit or debit card, FSA card, HSA card or check. These savings can help you feel more comfortable about your investment and budget.
Discount for Second Family Member
We offer a discount for SECOND FAMILY MEMBER. Call us to learn more!
Monthly Payment Options
Merna Tajaddod Orthodontics in Palo Alto offers NO INTEREST monthly payment options to make your orthodontic expenses more manageable. For added convenience, we accept automatic monthly payments through a checking or savings account.
HSA / FSA
We accept payment in full and monthly payment contracts made with your Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). We encourage you to check with your HSA or FSA account representative to confirm that orthodontic services are covered by your plan.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a personal line of credit specifically for health care needs and can be used for many health, beauty, and wellness costs such as dental, medical, vision, and more. Merna Tajaddod Orthodontics offers monthly payment plans paid to CareCredit, which can be deferred interest (no interest) for up to 24 months! Learn more about CareCredit for dental expenses.
Dental Insurance
We are in-network with Delta Dental and we are a Delta Dental Invisalign provider.
If you have a different PPO plan, we will bill your dental insurance plan as a courtesy to you so you can receive reimbursement from your insurance plan or dental benefits plan towards your orthodontic treatment.
